Hotel Legacy Database Interface

Description

This was developed for the Sheraton project. This component which we codenamed “Fugu” is a COM component that abstracts out the communication with the PMS (Property Management System) of a hotel. Since there are many different PMS products; we created a plug in interface to allow for new interfaces to be developed. Currently this only works with the Fidelio PMS. See http://www.fidelio.com/

· Guest checking in to room.

· Guest checking out of a room.

· Guest being moved to another room.

· Posting of charges for in room Sheraton-Net services to the guest’s folio (bill)
